Special Post for Salesforce Community Group Leaders: How to do a salary survey

A few people from a Salesforce user group asked my mom to launch the group's first ever salary survey. Mom said yes, but I quickly decided to take over the whole process for her.  I am, after all, very good at being in charge... in the photo above, you can see me wearing my crown.  What I learned: Power = responsibility.  Avoid both.... or read up on a quick guide to do your own Salesforce community group salary survey.
