Super Badge for a Super Baby

Tonight I started on my very first Superbadge.  I am going to be a Lightening Experience Specialist!  Getting the custom fields and objects set up was easy.  I was going to finish the badge tonight! Then.... I started on the first process....  After 4 hours of trying to get Process Builder set up correctly, I have some wisdom to share: Read ALL of the requirements before starting.  Read slowly!  Print the instructions!  After 5 or so tries, it was helpful to check off the items that I knew were correct.   Take a break.  After the 2nd hour, I was thinking some 4 letter words- like poop! - I did not say the words!  I'm not a potty mouth, plus mom has a baby monitor right by her pillow.  She would be upset if my first word was anything other than "mama."  I am holding out on talking because I know that she will expect more words if I say one.  Plus, it is cute to watch her say "mama" over and over again while pointing at herself.  I digress...  Two hours of p

Be cool

I tried to ask mom for an email address today, but she kept responding "say mommy...moooom...mommy...mooom" which was quite annoying.  Until I am able to make her understand, please use my mom's email address- rebecca@capstorm.com - for appearance requests and media inquires.  I love answering Trailhead questions, so please leave me a comment!

Feeling Curious

My new rank! At 7pm, I was an.... I am now a Trailhead Adventurer!  To celebrate I pulled an all-nighter and made it all the way to Mountaineer just as the sun started to rise.  You may be wondering how I had the energy.  The answer- snacks!  Mom was a good sport and brought me milk every 3 hours.  She didn't stay to join in the fun.  The soothing sound of mom's morning shower lulled finally lulled me to sleep, but not before I had an inspiration!  ** Leaderboard **  I want to know how I rank compared to the other Trailhead babies.  Can somebody help?

Keys to Getting Started

A few tips for friends that aspire to be like me- a Trailhead Baby. Pick a trail that sounds interesting- I started with Admin. Beginner because "Admin" is a fancy word for "person in charge."  I like being in charge. Choose a time to play when your parents are not around.  I used to trailhead during my afternoon "naps."  I pretended to sleep every time that mom peeped into the room.  Productivity declined.  Now I trailhead at night.  Nobody bothers me after 7pm!  Set up a Trailhead Playground right away.  Who doesn't love a playground! Competition!  My mom is earning badges during my afternoon naps.  It feels good to know that I am ahead of her by 5!  Practice before trying the challenges.  My favorite way to trailhead is to play using the step-by-step instructions during each module instead of just skipping to the challenge.  By the end, I am an expert and can pass the challenge on my first try!  This photo expresses how I felt the even

Before I Can Walk...

My mommy must love taking pictures of me and this is where my  journey begins. In many ways I am a normal six month old. I eat, sleep, mess up my diaper, and get my parents to obey me by crying. I nap several times a day because it makes my mommy happy and gives me the rest I need to pursue my true passion. Unfortunately, my true passion is something my parents are not ready to understand so I have to pursue it at night after my parents fall asleep. What is my true passion -- earning Trailhead badges!
