Feeling Advanced - Formulas!

To kick off my quest to become the youngest certified Salesforce Admin, I started on the "Advanced Admin" trail. To start off, I spent the night playing with formulas! I made a critical mistake right away. I used a Playground that I had already used for another challenge. Oops! I had the perfect formula saved, clicked to verify that the challenge was completed, and ran straight into an approval process that did not let the check complete. I cleaned up my org, then bumped into a validation rule! It would have been much faster to start with a fresh Playground.

Service Cloud Specialist Superbadge - 4,5,6,7

Part of doing the Service Cloud Specialist superbadge is trying new things, so I am putting up picture of new things that I've tried recently. One of my favorite new things this week was taking a shower with my whole block collection. Mom put me in the shower, and I sneaked out to grab the block bin and dumped it in. A confession - I know next to nothing about service cloud. While I was excited that a new superbadge was available, it made me a little nervous that I had to do all of the prerequisites and tackle new things like macros.
